Training Series Affirming Practices for LGBTQ Youth: LGBTQ Visability and Housing in Systems of Care

Learn about and integrate affirming practices for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning (LGBTQ) youth into your organization through this upcoming training series. These interactive courses lay the groundwork and discuss critical issues, such as housing and family preservation, for supporting youth with diverse sexual orientation and gender identity expression (SOGIE).
This curriculum has been developed by Ruth Ellis Center, a LGBTQ-specific direct service organization in Highland Park, Michigan, which ensures that the training is applicable and informed by on-the-ground implementation.
