Broomall-ON MY WAY

On My Way is a Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) approach to treating young adults that recently experienced their first episode of psychosis. The First Episode Psychosis (FEP) team offers young adults an array of services including: Low-dose medication management, Individual and group therapy, Family psychoeducation and support, Case management, Supported education and employment and Peer support services . Service coordination is guided by the young adult’s right to choose. On My Way seeks to improve the quality of life of the individual by providing encouragement and support in guiding their own recovery, educating them about their psychosis, re-establishing and strengthening relationships, and re-integrating the young adult into their community.

On My Way is part of Child and Family Focus, we currently have four locations serving young people ages 15-30 that reside in Lehigh, Northampton, Delaware, Chester and Bucks County and who have been experiencing symptoms of psychosis for up to 18 months. Services and treatment are offered for up to 2 years.

Parts of this program may be covered by your Medicaid insurance. The program is further supported by a Mental Health Block Grant provided through the State of Pennsylvania (for Pennsylvania residents only).
